Mississauga NetSuite Business Manager

Elevate business systems in the role of NetSuite Business Systems Manager based in Mississauga, Ontario. This full-time position calls for a proactive leader with expertise in ERP and distribution. You will engage as a hands-on manager at a growing distribution company, improving how products flow through various departments. From troubleshooting to system optimizations, you will enhance our customized NetSuite environment and ensure smooth operations among finance, sales, and warehouse teams. Your leadership will foster a culture of accountability and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead IT operations and coordinate with external technology partners
- Own and troubleshoot NetSuite ERP and WMS functionalities
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to refine operational workflows
- Manage integrations including CRM and EDI systems
- Address cybersecurity needs with tools like Darktrace
- Minimum 3 years in NetSuite ERP management
- Strong understanding of supply chain and business workflows
- Skills in troubleshooting with direct end-users
- Experience managing IT functional teams
- Familiarity with security platforms like CrowdStrike
