- Maintain cleanliness and organizational excellence in the store
- 1+ years of retail experience preferred
- Strong communication skills for team interactions
- Physical ability to stand, lift 50 lbs, and work weekends
- Passion for cycling and the Specialized brand
- Previous bike shop experience is a plus
