Retail Enterprise Architect - Store Systems

Shape the technology vision for retail as a Store Systems Enterprise Architect. Lead architectural governance and collaborate with teams to deliver on strategic business goals in a remote-first model. This role involves owning architecture for store systems like POS and operations. You'll partner with product, engineering, and business teams to ensure solutions align with organizational standards. Evolving technology roadmaps and facilitating design reviews are key parts of the job. Key Responsibilities:
- Own architecture for POS and omnichannel experience
- Lead architecture governance and compliance standards
- Develop capability maps aligned with investment cycles
- Partner for evaluation of technology options
- Define integration patterns across systems
- 5+ years in enterprise architecture within consumer-facing retail
- Proven experience in technology roadmaps and design reviews
- Knowledge of EA frameworks like TOGAF or Zachman
- Strong foundation in cloud platforms such as Azure
- Experience in an agile environment
