Director of Enterprise Data Platforms

Lead the design and operation of lululemon's enterprise data platform. This role focuses on driving data-driven insights and operational efficiency in a dynamic, performance-focused environment. As the Director of Enterprise Data Platforms, you will oversee the continuous operation of the framework that supports data analytics at lululemon. You’ll create the architecture blueprint while ensuring the platform meets strategic business objectives. You'll partner with key stakeholders in data governance and analytics to align capabilities with evolving needs, and drive improvements in efficiency and scalability. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver enterprise data platform capabilities
• Own core data platforms, including data lakes and warehouses
• Ensure platform reliability and performance standards
• Drive adoption of self-service data capabilities
• Lead development of robust data integration pipelines

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in a quantitative field; Master’s beneficial
• 8-10+ years in data platform engineering
• 5+ years in leadership roles
• Expertise in cloud data technologies
• Experience managing operational execution
