Visier’s P&C team operates at the intersection between cutting edge practice and our own journey as an ever evolving tech company. To that end, we’re looking to welcome to our team an experienced and business oriented Sr. People Business Partner (Sr. PBP) who will ultimately enable our leadership team to connect our talent to business outcomes.

As a Sr. PBP, you will act as a strategic talent architect and organizational transformation guide for our business leaders. As we continue on our own evolution as a tech company, you will be responsible for elevating the traditional HRBP role from operational execution to strategic impact and partnership. Achieving this will mean deeply embedding yourself with a leadership team to understand the business objectives, diagnose friction points, bring forward opportunities, and ultimately lead comprehensive change and enablement initiatives.

What You Will Deliver:

• Talent Strategy Enablement: Lead the organizational alignment and change management efforts for your client groups.
• Talent Density & Succession: Partner to deploy advanced talent management frameworks—including capability mapping, succession planning, and skills-based development—to build long-term organizational strength.
• Leadership Capability Building: Act as a dedicated executive coach and strategic advisor to senior managers, equipping them with the tools and frameworks to lead their teams through complex transitions.
• Data-Driven Org Design: Leverage our cutting edge tools and practices to ‘drink our own champagne’ while to identify org design opportunities, track talent readiness, and guide organizational design decisions.
• Change Architecture: Move beyond standard HR operations to build sustainable change adoption roadmaps that drive deep product and methodology stickiness within your business units.
• Be a Day to Day Partner: Be a partner to line managers to enable their growth and unlock their potential to build high performing teams that deliver business outcomes for Visier.

What You Will Bring To The Table:

• Education & Experience: 10+ years of progressive HR experience as a strategic People Business Partner within a high-growth/change environment.
• Strategic Internal Consulting: Proven ability to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways, working on projects of diverse scope where analysis requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
• Advanced Change Management Capability: Demonstrated success in designing and executing organizational change initiatives that directly impact short- and long-term business goals. You are more than just a ProSci certification - you have a track record of creating and driving change initiatives.
• Business Acumen: Capable speaking the language of the business and using your strong acumen to influence your practice – working backwards from business outcome to advice and delivery.
• Communication Mastery: Exceptional ability to foster transparency, seek to understand through active listening, and guide leaders through creative conflict to reach the best possible outcomes.
• Scrappy & Hungry Mindset: A "Play to Win" and "Roll Up Your Sleeves" mentality, eager to take smart risks, act with urgency, and focus on what is most important to the business.

• Vancouver based candidates: fixed hybrid work model: 3 days a week in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)

The base pay range for this position in the $100,000 - $150,000/year + bonus

Benefits and working arrangements may vary depending on your seniority, location and employment type. The compensation offered will be determined by factors such as relevant qualifications, experience, knowledge and skills. Many of our positions are eligible for additional types of compensation (e.g., commission plans, bonus, etc.) which our Talent Acquisition team will share with you if you interview for the role.
