The Insurance Specialist is responsible for driving life insurance sales by partnering with both licensed and non-licensed Financial Planners. The ideal candidate possesses a strong passion and deep understanding of life insurance, particularly in relation to financial and advanced planning concepts. The Insurance Specialist will continue building and maintaining client relationships, contributing to the overall growth and success of the risk team.

You will support the company's goals through these key accountabilities:

• Collaborate proactively with integrated advisory partners to develop and execute life and living benefits insurance sales strategies.
• Establish and nurture relationships with financial planners and clients to ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions to financial planners and clients.
• Actively participate in client meetings alongside integrated advisory teams and external professional advisors.
• Continually identify, develop, and implement opportunities for sales growth.
• Manage the end-to-end application and underwriting processes, including policy delivery and conducting regular annual policy reviews.
• Actively engage in presentations and discussions with prospective clients to grow the firm's client base.

Successful candidates will require:

• Post-secondary education (College/University degree or equivalent)
• Minimum of 5 years of life insurance sales experience; equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
• LLQP Designation
• Life, Accident, and Sickness licenses in good standing, with robust knowledge of life insurance and living benefits.
• CFP and/or CLU designations considered a significant asset.
• Track record of success in developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Demonstrated experience and comfort with public speaking.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay: $80,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
