Full-Time

• Monday: 7:30 AM – 2:30 PM
• Tuesday: 7:30 AM – 7:00 PM (Flexible)
• Wednesday: 7:30 AM – 2:30 PM
• Friday: 7:30 AM – 2:30 PM

What You'll Do

• Welcome patients and build trusting relationships from their first visit
• Clearly and compassionately explain treatment plans and next steps
• Review treatment costs, insurance coverage, and financial options
• Coordinate appointments to ensure patients receive timely care
• Verify insurance benefits and assist with claims processing
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment information
• Follow up with patients, answer questions, and provide ongoing support
• Act as the bridge between patients and the clinical team
• Ensure every patient feels heard, informed, and cared for throughout their journey

Who We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of dental administration experience required
• Experience discussing treatment plans and financial arrangements
• Knowledge of dental billing, insurance, and scheduling procedures
• Abeldent experience is considered a strong asset
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and highly dependable
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
• Compassionate, professional, and committed to providing outstanding service
