Director of Demand Generation at League

Lead the charge in optimizing League's demand generation as the Director of Growth Marketing. Focus on pipeline generation and campaign execution to drive qualified sales opportunities. As the Director for Growth Marketing, you will have a pivotal role in shaping integrated demand generation strategies at League. This senior position involves collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to effectively execute B2B campaigns across digital channels. You’ll apply data-driven insights while leveraging tools like Salesforce and Google Analytics to fine-tune operations to meet pipeline targets. Key Responsibilities:
- Own pipeline generation targets for campaigns and demos
- Design campaigns across paid search, social, email, and events
- A/B test campaign formats and messaging for effectiveness
- Manage day-to-day marketing tech stack and data hygiene
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align on goals and messaging
- 7+ years in B2B demand generation or growth marketing
- Enterprise SaaS experience with complex sales cycles
- Proven ability to personally drive significant pipeline
- Hands-on with Salesforce, Pardot, and Google Analytics
- Strong data instincts for actionable insights
