Senior Solution Consultant - Kinaxis Maestro - kelowna

Position Overview
As a Kinaxis Maestro Senior Solution Consultant, your primary focus will be leading end-to-end production support, application maintenance, and system troubleshooting for established Kinaxis Maestro implementations.Secondarily, you will drive continuous improvement by leading minor enhancements, configurations, and functional releases.This role requires a hands‑on technical expert who can rapidly resolve critical system issues while advising business users on process optimizations.
Responsibilities
- Production Support & System Maintenance
- Act as the primary point of contact for resolving complex data, model, and analytic configuration issues in live environments.
- Investigate and resolve functional errors, applying rapid fixes to maintain high platform availability.
- Perform data readiness and quality assessments across ERP source systems, ensuring successful data sync and maintaining robust Double Closed‑Loop integration.
- Address business queries, develop user manuals, and conduct targeted training to enable efficient Maestro application use.
- Enhancements & Continuous Improvement
- Design, build, and configure minor enhancements across modules such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Capacity Planning, DRP, MPS, MEIO, and S&O;P.
- Conduct discovery workshops, analyze business requests, and map new‑to‑be processes to identify system improvements.
- Develop configuration test scripts, lead unit testing, and execute end‑to‑end testing to ensure enhancements pass UAT.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture updates, and solution designs for all platform modifications.
Experience & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related technical field.
- Professional Experience: 5–8 years of dedicated experience supporting and implementing Kinaxis Maestro / RapidResponse, including 2–3 end‑to‑end project lifecycles.
- Certification: Minimum Kinaxis Solution Consultant – Level2 certification is required. Familiarity with Kinaxis Maestro Solution Architect in Supply Chain Planning is preferred.
Technical & Functional Competences
- Domain Expertise: In‑depth functional knowledge of standard supply‑chain processes, control settings, and data models (Supply Planning, Capacity Planning, DRP, MPS, MEIO, and S&O;).
- Support Expertise: Strong grasp of application support frameworks, incident management, and technical documentation standards.
- Communication: Excellent ability to lead client discussions, facilitate collaborative workshops, and explain complex analytical fixes simply.
