Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure specimen identification and requirement accuracy
- Perform routine testing within Chemistry and Hematology
- Maintain quality control standards and investigate missing samples
- Record, interpret, and approve test results
- Report incidents and non-conformities efficiently
- Minimum 6 years of experience in a laboratory setting
- CSMLS Registration in good standing
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong troubleshooting skills for technical issues
- Working experience in Chemistry or Hematology preferred
