Bilingual Team Lead in Recovery Services

Lead customer engagements at ESC Corporate Services Ltd. as a Bilingual Team Lead in Recovery Services. This role emphasizes technical leadership, bilingual communication, and complex issue resolution in a hybrid work environment. At ESC Corporate Services Ltd. in Etobicoke, Ontario, we seek a Bilingual Team Lead for our Recovery Services team. In this position, you will provide expert guidance to Recovery Representatives and streamline complex customer inquiries. You will also supervise team workflows and manage performance reviews in the absence of the Recovery Manager. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership to Recovery Representatives
- Troubleshoot and manage escalated customer issues
- Supervise team and manage scheduled workflows
- Conduct training for new hires and current employees
- Support high-quality service delivery and team coaching
- Post-secondary education and 3 years of relevant experience
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Bilingual in French and English
- Strong knowledge of Quebec legislation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows
