Become a vital part of MEC’s leadership team as an Assistant General Manager. Effectively collaborate with the General Manager to oversee store performance, engagement, and customer satisfaction. We are seeking an individual with 3–5+ years of leadership experience in a retail or service environment. This role emphasizes data interpretation of store-level KPIs, advocating for a respectful culture, and nurturing team members through performance coaching. You will ensure operational efficiency and uphold MEC values in every function. Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the General Manager to drive performance outcomes
- Interpret KPIs to guide decision-making processes
- Foster a high-engagement, inclusive work culture
- Manage recruitment and onboarding of new team members
- Enforce health and safety practices across the store
- 3–5 years of leadership in a multi-department setting
- Experience in leading department managers
- Strong ability to translate insights from KPIs
- Proven track record in coaching and team development
