Philanthropy Director for Mental Health

Join Camino as the Director of Philanthropy and play a crucial role in enhancing mental health services across the community. This full-time position focuses on developing fundraising strategies that fulfill our mission.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead the philanthropy team in executing innovative fundraising strategies to secure vital resources. You will advocate for effective donor engagement while fostering a culture of philanthropy within the organization. This position is integral to sustaining and expanding Camino's mental health services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create annual and long-term fundraising strategies
• Establish clear fundraising goals and performance indicators
• Develop major gift opportunities and nurture donor relationships
• Collaborate on funding priorities with organizational leaders
• Monitor trends and recommend fundraising strategy improvements
Requirements:
• Over 10 years of fundraising leadership experience
• Demonstrated success in achieving significant fundraising targets
• Exceptional relationship management and communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of fundraising best practices
• Relevant educational background
