Green Leaf Psychological Services is seeking a personable, skilled Registered Counsellor to join our established private practice clinic in Halifax, Nova Scotia with full‑time and part‑time opportunities.

Compensation
- Estimated annual earnings: $130,000 – $140,000.
- Above‑market compensation with most counsellors exceeding $130,000 in their very first year.
Qualifications
- Masters or Doctoral degree in Counselling or Psychology.
- Registered with The Nova Scotia College of Counselling Therapists.
- Experience providing treatment and intervention services for adults, and/or couples, and/or teens.
- Interest in working in a supportive, private practice environment.

- Counsellors wanting the freedom of private practice without the administrative burden.
- Counsellors transitioning from hospital, community mental health, other private practice clinics, or government settings.
- Counsellors seeking higher income, more autonomy, and flexible hours.
- Counsellors who currently find themselves in less than healthy or toxic workplaces and are looking for a healthy, friendly, respectful clinic.
- Counsellors in Nova Scotia who are currently operating independently but do not have a full caseload.
