Growth Creative Strategist: Paid Social Innovator
Dimond Connect
Dimond Connect seeks a Growth Creative Strategist to own ideas, briefs, and testing for paid social campaigns. You will translate customer insights into paid‑first concepts and refresh winning ideas across formats and storytelling.
You will lead testing roadmaps with Media Buying, analyze performance data, and guide briefs and iterations while collaborating with Brand, Creative, and production teams to drive fast, high‑impact creative outcomes.
