Lead human resources initiatives as the Senior Human Resources Leader at gategroup in Mississauga, Ontario. This strategic role emphasizes HR strategy development and employee engagement in complex environments. Your leadership will be pivotal for aligning HR strategies with business objectives in partnership with the Business Area President. You will coach management, oversee HR personnel, and ensure compliance with all regulations. Your role will also include driving talent acquisition and labor relations, fostering a collaborative workforce. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on HR strategies with business leaders
- Provide coaching on compliance and employee relations
- Supervise HR teams across multiple sites
- Manage negotiations regarding labor relations
- Develop HR processes in compliance with regulations
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; Master’s/MBA preferred
- 10-15 years of HR experience, especially in Labor Relations
- French language fluency is required
- Proven leadership and project management skills
- Willingness to travel up to 30%
