Elevate game development at Haven Studios as an Advanced AI Programmer. Employ your deep expertise in C++ and AI functionalities to design systems that enhance player experiences in our new IP. We are looking for a Senior AI Programmer with a minimum of eight years in the field to join our innovative team. Your role will entail leading the design and implementation of high-quality AI systems for a AAA multiplayer game, ensuring technical quality and performance. Collaborate with diverse teams while driving solutions and innovations that align with our creative vision. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver optimal AI systems per design and technical standards
- Debug and optimize code to enhance performance
- Advocate for programming best practices across the team
- Contribute to technical documentation and peer reviews
- Identify risks and create innovative solutions proactively
- 8+ years experience in a game programming role
- Proficient in C++ with solid game engine knowledge
- Strong optimization and multithreading capabilities
- Understanding of networking and client-server architecture
- Advanced debugging expertise for effective issue resolution
