RocklandMD Surgery Center is looking for an Operating roomScheduling Coordinator to join out team.

In this role, you will help ensure the smooth and efficient coordination of surgical procedures by maintaining accurate operating room schedules and patient information.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update surgical schedules in our computer system.
• Record patient, surgeon, and procedure information accurately.
• Review schedules to ensure all information is complete and up to date.
• Make scheduling changes and follow up on requests.
• Work closely with medical and administrative teams to support daily operating room activities.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in administration or data entry; healthcare experience is an asset.
• Comfortable using computer systems and learning new software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative attitude and strong communication skills.
• Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
