What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide technical leadership and engineering support for completion-related projects and operations
• Participate in the planning, design development, construction, and optimization of producing facilities
• Analyze operating conditions and performance data to identify improvement opportunities and develop practical solutions
• Conduct engineering studies, technical evaluations, and risk assessments
• Develop recommendations using advanced engineering analysis and design tools
• Identify operational risks, implementation barriers, and mitigation strategies
• Support and apply Process Safety standards and Change Management procedures throughout project execution
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure engineering solutions align with operational and business objectives
• Prepare technical documentation, engineering reports, and project recommendations
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technical staff when required
• Ensure compliance with applicable industry codes, standards, and regulatory requirements

What You Bring

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Applied Science, or equivalent
• 5–7 years of relevant engineering experience within completions, production, or upstream operations
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and completion operations
• Experience working on complex engineering projects with minimal supervision
• Proficiency with engineering design and analysis software tools
• Ability to solve complex, multi-variable technical problems using sound engineering judgement
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and operational teams
• Working knowledge of industry regulations, standards, and safety requirements
• Ability to balance independent work with collaborative project execution
