Position Summary

We're seeking a creative and technically-minded Junior Prompt Engineer to join our marketing agency. In this role, you'll help develop and optimize AI-assisted workflows that enhance our marketing operations and client deliverables.

What You'll Do

• Design, test, and refine prompts for various AI models to support marketing workflows
• Collaborate with marketing teams to understand their needs and develop AI-assisted solutions
• Document prompt engineering best practices and maintain prompt libraries
• Monitor and analyze AI output quality and consistency
• Help integrate AI tools into existing marketing processes

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Business (analytical focus)
• Understanding of AI language models and prompt engineering fundamentals
• Basic programming knowledge (Python preferred)
• Strong written communication skills
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability
• Some marketing experience or demonstrated interest in marketing concepts
• Strong creative thinking abilities to develop innovative prompts
• Persistence and patience for iterative testing and refinement
• Genuine enthusiasm and passion for AI technology and its applications

• Experience with digital marketing concepts and tools
• Previous internship or project experience with AI/ML
• Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, or social media marketing

How We Work

This role requires two in-office days per week, with three days in-office during the three-month orientation period. Fully remote work is not available for this position.
