We're looking for high-energy, client-obsessed Personal Trainers to join our team at Rumble Boxing.
This is not your average gym role — we coach, we perform, and we create an experience.
If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love building relationships, and know how to push clients to their limits (while keeping it fun), keep reading.
What You'll Do

Deliver high-quality 1:1 personal training sessions

Build and maintain a strong client base

Create customized programs that drive results
-
Motivate, challenge, and hold clients accountable

Contribute to an electric, team-first studio culture
-
Support sales through client retention + relationship building
What We're Looking For
-
Strong communication + people skills
-
High energy, positive, and coachable
-
Sales confidence (this is key — not just coaching)
-
Passion for boxing, strength, and performance training
-
Available for early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends
Bonus Points If You:

Have boxing or group fitness experience
Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, CanFitPro, etc.)

Have experience hitting sales targets or KPIs
-
Thrive in high-performance, team-driven environments
