Social Media Manager

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to support enterprise-level social media initiatives across major platforms. This role is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing organic and paid social strategies while partnering closely with internal stakeholders and agency teams. The ideal candidate combines strong strategic thinking with hands‑on execution and data‑driven decision‑making.

You’ll join a collaborative, high‑performing team while maintaining ownership over key initiatives and campaigns.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and execute results‑driven organic and paid social media strategies aligned with business objectives
• Manage paid social campaigns end‑to‑end, including planning, execution, optimization, and reporting
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external agencies on integrated marketing initiatives
• Provide subject‑matter expertise on social‑first, compliant, and engaging content
• Publish and manage content using social media management platforms
• Maintain consistent brand voice and standards across all social channels
• Create education and training materials to support social media programs and partners
• Manage logistics and real‑time content for live social media events
• Analyze performance metrics, user engagement, and campaign results; provide optimization recommendations
• Contribute to regular scorecards and performance discussions
• Ensure proper organization and storage of reports and records within shared knowledge repositories

Core Technical Skills

Required

• Post‑secondary degree
• 3+ years of experience in social media management
• Strong understanding of online marketing and major social platforms
• Hands‑on experience with social media management tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Sprout Social)
• Experience with paid social platforms
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
• Strong project management and multitasking abilities
• Detail‑oriented, customer‑focused, and highly organized
• Fluency in English

Preferred / Nice to Have

• Experience within the financial services industry
• Design or creative skills (e.g., video editing, content creation)
