Retail Media Strategy Manager at Kepler

This role requires expertise in Retail Media Networks, audience targeting, and effective campaign optimization. Elevate your leadership skills by mentoring a team of Analysts while overseeing hands-on execution of retail media campaigns. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategy across Retail Media Networks (RMNs)
- Manage communication and relationships with clients
- Drive campaign strategy and performance across channels
- Oversee executions in retail aggregation platforms
- Mentor and develop a team of Analysts
- 3–5+ years in digital media planning and activation
- Proven Criteo activation experience required
- Familiarity with Walmart Connect or Target Roundel preferred
- Strong analytical skills with large datasets
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
