Senior Project Manager for Construction Excellence

Elevate your career as a Senior Project Manager overseeing construction projects from inception to completion. Focus on budget management while mentoring your team. We require a Senior Project Manager with at least 8 years in diverse construction environments, including ICI and healthcare. The successful candidate will have proven abilities in managing project schedules, budget oversight, and strong client management experience. Your leadership will drive team performance and project success. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead overall construction management from pre-construction to finish
- Prepare and manage accurate billing processes
- Engage professionally with Owners and design teams
- Analyze project costs and ensure robust cash flow management
- Direct project meetings to foster teamwork
- 8+ years in a project management role in construction
- Comprehensive knowledge of scheduling and management software
- Proven track record in mentoring teams
- Must have eligibility for Secret Level Security Clearance
