- Direct engineering geology assignments efficiently
- Oversee technical reviews of geological assessments
- Analyze subsurface data and provide recommendations
- Foster development of junior and intermediate geologists
- Engage in business development in regional markets
- Degree in Geological Engineering, Geology, or similar
- Over 10 years of applicable engineering geology experience
- Registered or eligible for P.Eng. or P.Geo. in Nova Scotia
- Effective communicator with strong explanation skills
- Collaborative focus on team achievements
