HR Business Partner Opportunity at SiTime

Make an impact at SiTime as a Human Resources Business Partner in Ottawa, focusing on employee engagement, performance management, and supporting organizational goals. This strategic role involves advising managers on HR matters and driving initiatives that enhance employee experiences. As the primary HR representative for the Ottawa site, you will collaborate closely with local and global teams to align human resources with business priorities and valuable people initiatives at SiTime. Key Responsibilities:
- Advise on performance management and development initiatives
- Provide coaching on team dynamics and workplace challenges
- Support talent identification and retention planning
- Assist with HR programs and organizational changes
- Foster an engaged and inclusive work environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, particularly as HRBP
- Expertise in employee relations and performance management
- Strong coaching, consulting, and relationship skills
- Knowledge of engineering or manufacturing sectors preferred
