SiTime is hiring a Human Resources Business Partner in Ottawa to drive employee engagement and performance outcomes. Work alongside management to solve people-related challenges. In this pivotal HR role, you will partner with leadership to address employee relations and performance management effectively. By focusing on organizational growth and team effectiveness, you will support the development of a positive employee culture aligned with SiTime's goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Guide managers on performance management and employee relations
- Offer coaching on team effectiveness and workplace dynamics
- Support talent development and retention planning
- Aid organizational change initiatives while enhancing employee experience
- Promote a collaborative, inclusive company culture
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with HRBP expertise
- Strong skills in coaching and consulting
- Ability to connect with all organizational levels
- Experience in the technical field or engineering is advantageous
