- # Expert ou experte en sinistre habitationPostuler: Le mode de travail s’appliquant au poste est temps plein télétravail: Montréal: Lévis: Sainte-Thérèse: Trois-Rivières: Brossard: Temps plein: Publié il y a 2 jour(s): R2612783À titre d’Expert(e) en sinistre habitation, vous contribuez à la prise en charge et au maintien de la relation d’affaires auprès des membres et clients pour toute demande d’indemnisation survenue à la suite d’un sinistre. Votre rôle consiste à prendre en charge les demandes d’indemnisation des membres et clients en habitation de moyenne, complexité ou en accidents et lésions corporelles de faible complexité. Vous enquêtez sur les circonstances et procédez aux indemnisations. Vous assurez la résolution de problèmes par des analyses et vos connaissances dans votre domaine. En mettant à profit votre aptitude à prendre des décisions de qualité, vous assurez l’élaboration de solutions, la négociation du règlement du sinistre et la conclusion de l’entente avec le membre et client(e), un tiers ou tout autre intervenant(e). Vous exercez un rôle d’accompagnement auprès des membres et client(e)s et intervenant(e)s. La maîtrise des relations interpersonnelles devient alors une compétence essentielle.
