Senior Financial Controller

Job Responsibility:
The Senior Financial Controller will be responsible for preparing financial reports, statements and analyzing financial data. This individual will provide direct supervision to accounting team.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide leadership and support to A/P, A/R and Payroll departments
- Responsible for overall financial reporting of the operation
- Compile and analyze financial reporting packages
- Prepare annual budgets, monthly/weekly forecasts
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts to supporting documentation, investigate and resolve reconciling items
- Participate in the development of and support the company's strategic plans
- Complete credit application
Qualifications
- Accounting designation (CMA,CGA or CA), OR an equivalent combination of related experience and education
- Preferably have 5 years accounting experience in a senior accounting or financial management role
- Experienced in Financial Analyst, Strategic Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting
- Strong analytical and quantitative abilities; must have strong attention to details
- Strong management and communication skills
- Comfortable in fast-paced and dynamic business environment
