Citi Senior Analyst - Applications Support

This position requires strong analytical skills, the ability to interface with technical teams, and leadership capabilities to mentor juniors. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee application health by performing structured checks
- Utilize monitoring tools to ensure system stability
- Act as a communication bridge for user issues
- Execute application releases in compliance with standards
- Assess risk of production issues and respond accordingly
- At least 5 years of experience in Application Support
- Proficient in Linux, Oracle, and monitoring technologies
- Experience with automation initiatives in tech environments
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
