Strategic Director of Experience at APEGA

Drive organizational change as the Strategic Director of Experience and Engagement at APEGA. Focus on enhancing registrant services, professional development, and stakeholder cooperation.
This role reports to the Chief Professional Sustainability Officer, emphasizing the integration of engagement strategies across customer services and educational initiatives. You will be responsible for establishing performance metrics and relationships that support APEGA’s mission, enhancing the overall registrant experience throughout their professional lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop the strategy for Experience and Engagement functions
• Align service delivery with APEGA’s goals
• Foster seamless integration of registrant services
• Establish key performance indicators for engagement
• Guide a collaborative and high-performing leadership team
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in a relevant field
• 8-10 years of relevant leadership experience
• Expertise in managing multiple functions in organizations
• Strong stakeholder relations experience
• Knowledge of APEGA's regulatory environment is preferable
Lead strategic engagement and educational initiatives, enhancing the experience for APEGA registrants through effective partnership and leadership.
