Position Summary

MINISO Canada is seeking a bilingual ( English & French ) Customer Service & Digital Marketing Coordinator to support customer communications, social media content creation, and digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, creative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints via email, social media, and other communication channels.

• Coordinate with stores and internal departments to resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.

• Handle customer inquiries related to membership programs, rewards, promotions, and gift cards, providing accurate information and solutions.

• Maintain a positive and consistent brand voice across all customer communications.

• Create, schedule, and publish content for social media platforms.

• Plan, film, and edit short-form video content to support marketing campaigns and brand awareness.

• Monitor social media channels and engage with customers by responding to comments and messages.

• Support digital marketing campaigns and content calendars.

• Assist with membership-related inquiries and other administrative tasks as required.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both English and French (written and verbal).

• Previous experience in customer service, social media, or marketing.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with content creation, video editing, and social media platforms.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite is an asset.

• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
