Commercial Lines Underwriting Director

Lead commercial underwriting strategy at Northbridge Insurance, using portfolio management and risk assessment expertise in a flexible hybrid model.As Director of Commercial Lines, you will guide department operations, underwriting strategies, and portfolio direction. You will support regional and corporate objectives while driving efficiency, productivity, and profitability. Your leadership will also focus on coaching, mentoring, and developing talent.Key Responsibilities:

10+ years of commercial underwriting experience5+ years managing teams and business resultsStrong underwriting principles and risk assessment knowledgeExperience with portfolio management and underwriting objectivesStrategic leadership approach with a team-first mindsetBring commercial underwriting, strategic leadership, and portfolio expertise to Northbridge Insurance’s Commercial Lines department.
