Global eCommerce Technology Lead

Drive digital transformation as the Global Commerce & Marketing Lead at Carrier. Oversee eCommerce platforms, marketing technology, and digital strategy while collaborating across teams. Carrier seeks a Global Commerce & Marketing Lead to spearhead its digital technology initiatives. This role emphasizes defining digital platforms for eCommerce and crafting marketing strategies. With a focus on B2B and DTC eCommerce solutions, you'll bridge engineering and marketing teams alongside managing vendor relationships and overseeing contractual evaluations. Key Responsibilities:
• Define and manage Carrier’s global digital platforms
• Lead technical efforts for global expansions and migrations
• Work with marketing in transforming the digital customer experience
• Translate business needs into tech solutions and roadmaps
• Oversee production issues and cross-platform troubleshooting Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree; 8+ years in eCommerce & MarTech
• 5+ years utilizing Agile methodologies in software delivery
• Proven experience managing enterprise-scale digital platforms
• Strong understanding of CMS and SaaS architectures
• Exceptional communication skills for non-technical stakeholders Shape Carrier’s global digital strategies through comprehensive tech governance and leadership in eCommerce initiatives.
