Finance Manager for eCommerce Unit

Key Responsibilities: • Lead and develop a team of FP&A analysts • Oversee financial models for sales, margin, and EBITDA • Analyze variances and provide actionable recommendations • Produce reports and dashboards for performance monitoring • Collaborate on financial evaluations of digital initiatives

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field • 6 to 10 years in FP&A, preferably in eCommerce • Strong Excel skills and financial modeling experience • Familiarity with eCommerce KPIs and BI tools • Leadership experience and strong analytical skills
