Food & Beverage Cost Control Manager

Drive operational excellence at Fairmont Chateau Whistler as the Food & Beverage Compliance & Cost Control Manager. You will oversee compliance, cost control, and support audits across all outlets in this full-time role. In your contract position from June to December 2026, you will manage SAQ compliance initiatives, maintain documentation for audits, and monitor food and beverage cost performance. Your background in hospitality management or a related field will empower you to ensure compliance with purchasing standards and promote a culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all Food & Beverage (SAQ) compliance requirements
• Maintain documentation for compliance and audit readiness
• Monitor food and beverage cost performance across outlets
• Review purchasing practices for compliance with approved vendors
• Generate compliance and cost control reports for leadership Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
• Minimum 3 years of operations and cost control experience
• Familiarity with inventory management and purchasing systems
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and analytical abilities
• Preferred experience in luxury hotel environments Your expertise in cost control and compliance will be crucial to the success of Fairmont Chateau Whistler's food and beverage operations.
