Expected Start Date: August 03, 2025 Union: OOS Facility: St. Pauls Hospital City/Town: Saskatoon Department: St. Pauls Corporate Services / Mission and Operations Type: Full-time regular FTE: 1 Hours of Work: 5 shifts of 7.5 hours per 1 weeks Relief: No Float: No Field Hours: No Salary or Pay Band: As per Terms and Conditions of Employment Travel Required: Yes Job : Grounded in the mission, vision, and values of Emmanuel Health, the Lead, Emergency Preparedness and Facilities Coordination plays an essential role in advancing the safe, sustainable, and effective operations of St. Pauls Hospital (Grey Nuns). This position provides leadership in hospital emergency preparedness and incident response, supports occupational health initiatives, manages leased clinical and community spaces within the facility, coordinates minor infrastructure projects related to space set-up and utilization, and supports onboarding of new employees and tenants. Additionally, the Lead oversees hospital-affiliated community properties and tenancy relationships, ensuring that leased spaces and partnerships align with the mission and growth strategy of St. Pauls Hospital. This includes managing tenancy agreements, cultivating positive relationships with external property managers, and supporting the strategic expansion of clinical services in community-based settings. Human Resources Exemption: No Experience- 35 years in a healthcare setting with experience in operational coordination, emergency preparedness, or facilities/project support
