The Role:
As a Customer Support Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will work closely with the customer support team to resolve inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with product-related questions and issues.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in the system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.
- Provide timely updates to customers regarding their inquiries.
The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical and interpersonal skills to effectively assist customers.

- Basic technical knowledge of products
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are a plus.
