Role Description:
1. Requirement Gathering & Analysis
* Conduct workshops with business users to elicit, analyze, and document requirements.
* Define user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
* Perform gap analysis and identify improvement opportunities.
2. Business Process & Workflow Design
* Model current (AS-IS) and future (TO-BE) processes aligned with Pega case management.
* Define case types, stages, personas, and data models.
* Align business processes with Pega OOTB capabilities (SLA, routing, rules).
3. Documentation & Traceability
* Maintain BRD, FRD, user stories, and process documentation.
* Develop Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).
* Document application flows, integrations, and functional specifications.
4. Agile Delivery Support
* Collaborate with architects and developers during the sprint lifecycle.
* Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and story refinement.
* Ensure requirements clarity for development teams.
5. Testing & Validation
* Participate in test scenario creation and UAT coordination.
* Validate solutions against business requirements.
* Support defect triage and resolution.
6. Stakeholder Communication
* Act as a bridge between business and IT teams.
* Facilitate workshops, demos, and stakeholder reviews.
* Ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations and outcomes.
