Fund Development Director Position at Kindred

Join Kindred as the Fund Development Director, where you will spearhead fundraising strategies while building lasting community relationships in an office-based capacity.
Reporting to the CEO, this role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution of fundraising efforts. You will develop initiatives for securing resources, engaging donors, and enhancing community partnerships to support Kindred's mission of fostering human connection. Leadership and coaching of the fund development team are key aspects of this role as well.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and execute annual fundraising strategies
• Cultivate and engage major donors and foundations
• Lead donor stewardship and acquisition initiatives
• Track fundraising performance and analyze metrics
• Represent Kindred at various community events
Requirements:
• Degree in business, marketing, or related field
• 7-10 years in fund development with leadership experience
• Proven results in securing philanthropic investments
• Familiarity with donor databases and CRM systems
• CFRE designation preferred
