You will bring over five years of HR leadership experience to strengthen recruitment and retention efforts aimed at diverse Indigenous groups. Your deep understanding of Manitoba’s healthcare challenges and Indigenous cultures will be crucial in fostering a supportive environment aligned with truth and reconciliation goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement effective recruitment and retention for Indigenous staff
• Provide HR guidance emphasizing cultural safety
• Oversee grievance and investigation processes
• Collaborate with Indigenous partners across Manitoba
• Contribute to truth and reconciliation efforts in HR
Requirements:
• Minimum five years in a related HR function
• Familiarity with Indigenous health services and community needs
• Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
• CPHR designation or in progress preferred
• Valid Manitoba Class V Driver’s License required
