URGENT: Nanny Wanted - Reliable Before School Caregiver Needed - St. Vital - $22/Hr

We are a family in St. Vital looking for a reliable, caring person to help with before-school care for our 6-year-old daughter, starting in September. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00–9:00 a.m. (10 hours/week) during the school year. Our daughter attends Darwin School, which is just a few blocks from our home, so the main responsibility is helping her with her morning routine and walking her safely to school. Our younger son is in full-time daycare and is not part of the childcare responsibilities. Most mornings, my husband and I will be home until around 7:30 getting ready for work. My husband works from home 1–2 days per week and will be working from his home office. We’re looking for someone who is:

• Reliable and punctual
• Warm, caring and comfortable with a 6-year-old
• Comfortable walking to school in all seasons
• Interested in a consistent commitment throughout the school year
• Experienced with childcare (preferred)

$22/hour, with 10 hours/week guaranteed. We’d love to find someone who can become a familiar and trusted part of our morning routine. References will be requested.
