Trading Systems Support Analyst Role

Support the backbone of trading operations as a Production Support Analyst. Focus on maintaining optimal performance of Capital Markets trading systems in a challenging commodities environment. This role emphasizes the need for specialist application support within Capital Markets, where you'll manage stability and operational excellence. Your responsibilities include handling incident management, monitoring end-of-day processes, and collaborating with Front Office teams to foster improvements in trading applications. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure stability of critical trading platforms
- Perform real-time incident management
- Facilitate communication with Front Office users
- Analyze systems for potential enhancements
- Coordinate internal and external vendor interactions
- Background in financial services, ideally Capital Markets
- Strong grasp of Commodities and Futures concepts
- Experience in end-of-day checks and analysis
- Knowledge of necessary tools like ITRS Geneos and Python
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
