Become a Senior Business Analyst at the Ontario Pension Board, specializing in process optimization and strategic business analysis in a full-time capacity. Your insights will drive innovation within the organization. Reporting to the Business Analysis Manager, you will utilize your extensive business analysis experience to partner with key stakeholders, ensuring projects achieve business objectives through diligent requirements management and Lean Six Sigma methodologies. You will lead crucial testing and validation phases to enhance solution integrity. Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with stakeholders to align on objectives
- Provide insights through options analysis and trade-offs
- Document high-quality, testable requirements
- Collaborate across teams to ensure solution effectiveness
- Own governance of requirements and change requests
- 8+ years in a complex business analysis environment
- Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Strong application of improvement methodologies
- Experience in Agile and Waterfall project delivery
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and data visualization
