HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR

The Westin is located across from the Palais des congrès, the largest conference center in Montreal, and near downtown restaurants and shops, as well as historical sites, and connected to the underground city and two metro stations.

GDI Hotel Support Services provides housekeeping services tailored to the hotel’s needs, aimed at guest satisfaction and well-being.
We are currently looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor for one of our prestigious business partners, The Westin Montreal, located in downtown Montreal.

WHAT YOUR DAYS COULD LOOK LIKE:

• Supervise and coordinate the housekeeping team;

• Work in collaboration with the head housekeeper;

• Check the cleanliness of the rooms;

• Maintain the quality standards of the establishment;

• Ensure follow-up on the productivity of the work team;

• Inspect rooms, floors, and public areas;

• Assist in planning and managing work schedules according to occupancy;

• Respond effectively to various guest requests;

• Participate in the administrative tasks of the department.

YOU ARE OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE IF…

• You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position;
