Manager of Workday Accounting Center for Financial Transformation

Transform financial operations as a Workday Accounting Center Manager. Provide expert leadership in configurations, integrations, and compliance measures in a supportive, hybrid setting. In this position, you will utilize 3-5 years of experience in Workday environments, focusing on enhancing client-specific configurations and integrations. Your role will encompass troubleshooting, managing release impacts, and ensuring all accounting functions align with compliance guidelines. Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver superior financial solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Direct configuration and support of Accounting Center
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and analytics
- Address accounting event and integration issues
- Assist in optimizing ongoing enhancements
- Collaborate with clients on compliance and audit needs
- 3–5 years in Workday Accounting Center roles
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or similar
- Hands-on experience with Workday Prism Analytics
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to guide teams in an AMS model
