Lifecycle Marketing Manager Ai Crm

Drive retention for LUS Brands in Toronto through email, SMS, and AI-powered lifecycle marketing across a 1.5-million-customer database.As Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will own retention strategy for Love Ur Curls® and Love Ur Curls Kids. You will build campaigns, automate customer journeys, and turn predictive insights into repeat purchases and stronger lifetime value. This hands-on role combines creative production with rigorous analysis.Key Responsibilities:
Deploy promotional, launch, newsletter, and seasonal email campaignsBuild, test, schedule, and quality-assure ESP emailsOptimize welcome, abandoned-cart, and win-back flowsCreate predictive segments and hyper-targeted customer campaignsAnalyze cohort behavior, revenue, and retention performanceRequirements:
Four to six years in email marketing and retentionExperience in ecommerce, direct-to-consumer, or subscription businessesHigh proficiency with enterprise email service providersKlaviyo experience and generative AI tool experience preferredComfort with predictive data, attribution, and Google Analytics 4Bring CRM strategy, AI marketing fluency, and precise campaign execution to grow retention for LUS Brands.
