Lifecycle Marketing Personalization Manager

Lead B2B lifecycle marketing and personalization for Definity in Toronto through flexible hybrid work across office and virtual settings. Shape connected broker and customer experiences.As Manager, Lifecycle Marketing and Personalization, you will develop targeted programs spanning segmentation, journey management, lead generation, and retention. You will partner with Marketing Communications, Sales & Distribution, Product, Analytics, and Technology teams. The work advances scalable lifecycle capabilities through data-driven optimization and marketing technology.Key Responsibilities:
Develop lifecycle marketing programs across broker and customer journey stagesDesign audience segmentation and customer journey frameworksExecute targeted programs supporting lead generation, retention, and growthEstablish KPIs, analyze performance, and conduct testingTranslate marketing requirements into journey and campaign business requirementsRequirements:
University degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fieldFive to eight years of progressive relevant experienceHands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud campaign and automation experienceExperience optimizing customer or broker journeysStrong analytical, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skillsUse Salesforce Marketing Cloud, segmentation, personalization, and analytics to strengthen Definity’s lifecycle marketing programs in Toronto.
