In this senior role, you will be pivotal in operationalizing governance and risk identification processes within the P&C Insurance Solutions team. Your collaboration with various partners will ensure control effectiveness and compliance with evolving regulations. By mentoring junior team members, you will foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operationalize risk and compliance practices across the business
• Identify and recommend remediation strategies for risks
• Collaborate with shared services for compliance requirements
• Provide insights to senior stakeholders for strategic initiatives
• Enhance organizational controls guided by industry standards
Requirements:
• Strong background in Compliance or Audit in Financial Services
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities
• Capability to manage regulatory interpretations
• Experience developing and analyzing Key Risk Indicators
• Proven mentorship and leadership experience
