Based in Guelph, Ontario, this organization is a trusted provider of agricultural risk management and business support programs, helping farmers and agribusinesses build resilience and achieve long term success. Established as an agency of the Government of Ontario, it works closely with industry partners and government stakeholders to deliver programs that strengthen the agricultural sector and support rural communities across the province.
Your new role
This is an opportunity to work closely with our team to establish design foundations that will support future product development and improve consistency, efficiency, accessibility, and user experience. The successful candidate will help establish Figma as standard design and prototyping platform while building internal capability to support long-term success.
What you'll need to succeed
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including component libraries, variables, prototyping, and developer handoff workflows.
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining design systems.
- Strong UX/UI and product design capabilities.
- Experience creating interactive prototypes for stakeholder review, testing, and requirements validation.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 Level AA).
- Experience collaborating with development teams and supporting implementation activities.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
